CJR is promoting new training opportunities aimed at young people with 9th-grade education who wish to develop their skills and begin a professional career in the construction sector.
The initiative includes two training areas, offering professional qualifications and a strong practical component, bringing learning closer to the realities of the industry.
Two training programmes, different career paths
Construction Site Technician | Construction Site Manager
Level 4 qualification | 1,920 hours
This training prepares participants to work in civil construction, public works and rehabilitation companies, including roles involving the monitoring and support of construction activities, collaboration with civil engineers and architects on site, and support in inspection, budgeting and execution control.
Construction Equipment Operator / Earthmoving Equipment Operator
Level 2 qualification | 1,120 hours
This training prepares participants for roles involving the operation of heavy construction machinery and earthmoving equipment on public and private worksites, as well as technical support in earthworks, civil construction, quarrying and road infrastructure companies.
Training with a practical component
The training programmes include a practical component focused on the realities of the construction sector. They include real-life case studies, technical visits, and planning, measurement and execution-control exercises, allowing participants to gain experience with situations close to the professional environment.
Support during training
Participants may also have access to different forms of support, including:
- Training allowance;
- Meal allowance;
- Other support available, adjusted to each participant’s personal circumstances.
